How do I recover my account?

Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used previously. Your packages and progress are linked to that account. If you're still having trouble, contact us on WhatsApp for immediate help.

My payment was deducted but the package isn't activated.

Go to Settings → Transaction History in the app and tap "Verify" next to the transaction. This will check the payment status. If the issue persists, contact us with your transaction reference ID and we'll resolve it immediately.

Can I use the same account on multiple devices?

Yes! Simply sign in with the same Google or Apple account on your new device, and your purchased packages and test history will be available.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account. You'll need to type "DELETE" to confirm. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed.
